today, this special day, is the day when i finally decided to admit that i've sprained my back.
at first i keep telling myself that it hurts cos it's muscle ache and if i keep practising despite the ache, i will improve.
BUT
it wasnt muscle ache, it was the stupid sprain, fracture wadever!

just when i tot my yao has improved cos i manage to catch my back leg and straigten with zhong lao shi's help two weeks ago , i've deterioted to a state where bending back to touch the table seems lyk the worst chore dat i've ever done! even sticking my butt out hurts my back -.- and i want to stop being admitted into the wudao hospital.
i dun care i'm visiting the doctor tmr. i made a mistake by saying dat i dun wanna visit western doctor cos all they do is give you painkiller and what i need NOW is a speedy recovery, not some painkiller!
den my mum scolded me about how im so into dance that i dun care bout my life -.-
and she says that those r not just painkiller. they will help to reduce inflammation? o.o
